Our expertise extended to intricate overhead bin repairs and recertification for five Boeing 737NG aircraft, alongside lavatory and galley structural repairs, ensuring comprehensive compliance with FAA and EASA CAMO standards.
AEROFLOT PROJECTS
US Global successfully modified 13 B737-800/900 aircraft, handling all engineering documentation, approvals, and the supply of necessary equipment. The initial phase, which included completing engineering documentation and supplying parts for the first three aircraft, was delivered on time. The subsequent phase involving parts provisioning is currently on hold. Additionally, US Global managed and certified the interior repairs and overhaul of over 170 Aeroflot aircraft, a large-scale project requiring support locations in Russia, China, and Hong Kong. The program's first phase is currently on hold.
HAINAN AIRLINES
US Global led lease return aircraft projects in China, facilitating the approval process with lessors and airlines, including obtaining FAA and EASA approvals. These projects were successfully completed within three years.
VIVAAEROBUS
US Global modified 33 A320 Airbus aircraft, involving the removal and installation of new seats and securing FAA and EASA approvals. This project was notably completed in just 60 days, far ahead of the typical six-month timeline.
AIR ATLANTIC
US Global was awarded a project to provide engineering modifications for three B777 aircraft. The scope included creating engineering drawings, obtaining certifications, and sending on-site technicians to support the customer's labor needs. This program was completed successfully.
